    一、个人简介:

    张明敏,长沙学院电子信息与电气工程学院讲师,主要从事新能源并网、微电网运行与控制电能质量分析与治理等研究工作。先后参与国家自然科学基金项目2项、省部级科研项目1项。在国内外高水平期刊和会议发表论文5篇,其中SCI检索4篇,EI检索1授权发明专利2项。
